need assistance selling used videos

Hi, I'm selling off my tickling video collection. I wanted to ask anyone who has done this, is it ok to sell these videos on ebay? I have videos made by Femfeet, Paradise Vision, Harmony Productions, Dorothy Laine Productions, SilverCherry. I'm worried that any one of these producers will get upset about copyright problems etc. I remember some arguments in the past about whether it was legal to sell used tickle videos online. Thanks for any help.

As long as what you're selling are originals and the price is fair, there are no legal issues to worry about. There will be some companies who simply prefer that this not be done, however. Some have requested that e-bay not allow their materials to be sold there....which e-bay pretty much honors when they see it. It's up to you to decide whether to honor the wishes of individual companies or not. If you're truly concerned about how they feel about it, you can always write to the companies and ask.
