Need help finding copy of old NBC sitcom w/ tickling

Does anyone know where I can find a place that sells old sitcom copies, or a trading messgeboard, or anything like that? There's a sitcom episode of an old NBC show that I'd love to get my hands on...

Cray's old neighbor, Megan comes back from boarding school. They go out and Megan convinces Cray to smoke pot. Later, Ben and Jane catch him, and Cray promises not to do it again. When Ben and Jane are talking about it later, they decide that Cray did it because he wasn't feeling loved enough. They read a pamphlet on 'Tough Love' and hatch a plan.
The next morning, Cray wakes up to find his arms have been tied to the ends of his bed and his legs and toes have been tied together down the other end. The rest of the show has the other family members coming into his room one by one, telling him how much he means to them, and then tickling his barefeet and sides as he lies helpless on the bed! The episode finishes with Karen running her long fingernails up and down the bare soles of Cray's (Brandon Baker) extremely ticklish feet as Cray helplessly laughs and promises not to smoke pot again!

Have you tried contacting NBC themselves asking them if the episodes are available on Tape? You can tell them you want that particular episode to show to someone who is in the same type of situation as part of an "intervention" or something along those lines.

Not to be a downer, but...

The episode guides on this site are composed of accounts sent in by individuals on the internet. That means pretty much anyone can become a member and post episode summaries.

The above episode description is written in a highly "fetishistic" way, as evidenced by the in-depth descriptions of the bondage involved, the areas targeted for tickling, and the particular details given. Look at the language used in the last sentence: "The episode finishes with Karen running her long fingernails up and down the bare soles of Cray's (Brandon Baker) extremely ticklish feet as Cray helplessly laughs and promises not to smoke pot again!" This is NOT the manner in which a mainstream non-fetishist would describe such a scene.

Furthermore, the use of extensive bondage (including TOE bondage, for crying out loud!) and tickling as a punishment for smoking marijuana is NOT something one would see in a mainstream television program, as it strains believability to the maximum and is something that a great many mainstream folks would find, for lack of a better term, "weird." This sounds more like the "plot" of an FM Concepts video, if anything.

IMO, it's a hoax... Probably from a fellow tickling enthusiast who gets a rise out of sharing their private fantasies anonymously with others.

I was thinking the same thing ASU...

...I think this is a ruse by whoever wrote the sumary. Not taking into account that I have never heard of the show, depending on its air dates, no tv exec in their right minds would have let this run on nbc past 10 years ago (coming right out of the Cosby years). Bondage punishment for marijuana use does seem a bit extreme for tv.

My suggestion Uncle Steve, is to first get a list of all of the actors and actresses on the show and see if the tv show appears in their credits. If that was episode 23 and not the series finale, that means more than one season was taped. Then, search the prospective actors and actresses fan sites for people who may have copies.

I was sooo wrong..

Hey Uncle Steve. I know why I had never heard of it....it was a Saturday morning kids show on nbc. It was about some parents who adopted alot of kids of differing nationalities now living under one roof (get it...one world). Well, I searched Brabdon Baker and there was a long interview concerning the show and how it dealt with drug use issues. I cant confirm that the episode did or didnt air the way it was described, but at least now you have some leads. Search brandon baker at google.com (better still, search brandon baker marijuana or even brandon baker tied). Or maybe I wil for you. Bear in mind, if it does matter to you, that brandon is a minor.

Well, no luck yet. I've tried everything, but it seems that this show didn't become very popular. I've got messages out in a couple of places though. We'll see.

You're right asutickler and dajerx. It does sound like a fetishist describing the scene. I didn't dismiss it only because it was sooo far out of this arena. If I were going to vent a tickling fantasy, why would I choose an episode guide of a virtually unheard of Saturday morning kids show of the early 90's? Still, I agree with you. Well, I'm gonna keep on keepin' on....
