Hercules, where he goes to hades and a man is having his feet tickled as torture by one or two "witches" Hercules respondes, thats cruel or something

Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, episode where blue and mac are tickle tortured by a machine and that crazy rainbow girl has to save them.
