need help posting a photo

I saw the earlier post about valid and invalid file extensions. I'm new here and would like to post a photo. A great photo by the way. LOL. Can't figure out how. Can you explain in a little more detail about how to post a photo. Thanks. Love the site.

If its a photo of you, you send to Myraids, if its a general pic, you see venray1
