Need help with a clip

This was a long time ago but I’m pretty sure it was on here that I saw this.
There was a tv show, not sure which one but they were asking people what they like to do in the summer. There was one part where it shows a gal, she’s looking at the camera and you can see she’s doing something, the camera pans out as she says something like…”I like to find guys buried in the sand and tickle them” the whole time she’s tickling a guys feet and his head is thrashing as the camera stays on her for a good few seconds as she’s torturing the guy’s feet!
Please tell me someone has the clips and also if anyone else remembers this. I haven’t seen the clip just remember reading about this on a tickle list.

I remember reading about this but I also haven’t seen a clip of it. I remember it wasn’t part of the show, they were going around asking actual people who weren’t actors, what they like to do in the summer.
Does anyone else have any info on this?
