I must have a setting wrong. Every time I try and view the clips, I get this error message about attachments. If there is a clip as an attachment, I can not view it. Any ideas? Thanks

On most Media Players you need to Save the clips onto your computer before you can watch them. Or at least it's that way for me. So just right click using mouse on the video clip that you want to watch and click on Save Target As... and then save it to some folder on your computer for later viewing later on.

Hope that helps. And i have Windows Media Player and Real Player and the Save Target As... deal works on both of them.

Good Luck Vicki

ps. or you may also need to download the latest version of whatever media player that you use to watch the video clips on.

I have this problem occasionally while using Internet Explorer. Sometimes I'll just switch to Netscape or Firefox and it works. Or you can just do what Butterfly suggests which is probably better anyway!
