Need help with my avatar! Resizing an animation!

My avatar used to be one gif animation with an asian girl getting it in the stocks from a feather, but now that all avatars have gone crazy, I thought I'd upload my avatar again...

However... it says that it's too big... over 100x100 and the size is too big too. Can someone help? I think it's the same I had before, but now it gives a warning and I'm a total "newbie" at this stuff...

Before you had only a small part of it in your avatar. You do want the entire thing, yes? I try.

The evil message-box says:
The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 20000 bytes.

You are not, then, going to be able to use the full-size image. Is there a portion of it you want focused on? I can keep cropping the image until it is under the proper size, although it will be smaller than 100pxx100px.

Ooookay then ... Imageready is a filthy pile of festering poo when it comes to resizing GIFs. I had to cut the thing to about what it used to be before the server switch to get it below 20! Bah. Well, here it is, anyway.

This avatar-thingy is giving me a headache... you won't believe this and I'm so ashamed saying this, but... Still it gives me the "too big" error 😀 Like wtf? 😀
