Need Help With Two Items

First there was a pic of a pretty blonde in a skirt sitting on a cement platform on top of a staircase. She was sitting and smiling through the railing and sticking her beautiful, tan, stockinged feet in the camera. This pic was very common at one time but now it seems hard to locate.

Secondly there is this drawing, by the great CB, I was wondering if anyone could help and color it in for me. Here is the link.
