Need Help

My Problem is when I try to get a membership at any Paysitest like Extremetickling I have to use CCBill ! I have to give them my Name, Adress, Bank Routing Number etc ... ! No Problem till that but when I go forward to registrate it allways tell me that Message : Invalid Bank Routing Number !!!! But there is nothing wrong with my Routing Number !!!!!
Who can help me ?
This is exspecially fpr the People from Germany becuase I am from Germany too !
Please help me !!!!!!!
