Ideas for how to torment Clover, Alex, Sam and Mandy?

You've definitely come to the right place (Totally Spies is a real "guilty pleasure" toon for me).

My suggestion would be something that plays to the personalities of each character... Alex is the athlete, Sam is the smart one, Clover is the popular/vain one. So how about this...

Alex is in some sort of Bowflex-style tickling gym that stretches her out so lil mechanical hands and feathers can tickle her all over.

Sam is strapped down and is the subject of a tickling experiment designed to see just how much she can take.

Since they can't stand each other, and have the vanity/popularity thing in common, Clover and Mandy should be worked over together, perhaps by the PediTickle 5000 pedicure machine. This insidious device is laughter powered, so the harder Mandy laughs, the more Clover is tickled and makes her laugh harder, increasing the tickling of Mandy.

As this is a test of endurance for the girls (as well as a test of new equipment and techniques), this could be taking place in WHOOP's labs under the watchful eye of the girl's boss, Jerry (y'know he's always wanted to teach those three a lesson).

So that's my two cents worth...

There was a scene in one of the episodes (or so I heard), where Clover and Sam were stuck in some spider cave. Clover stepped in some sticky webbing type stuff and her boots got stuck. Sam used Clover's belt grappling hook to pull them out of the cave. Clover yelled "Wait my boots!", as she got pulled right out of her boots. She was wearing blue stockings I believe. I think having the two of them dangling there could leave them in a very ticklish predicament (especially since Clover was already in her stocking feet).

That scene was from episode #69 titled "Creepy Crawly Much?"

Another is from episode #5 - "Eraser" - where Clover, Alex and Sam are each tied to a bondage bar which is under their knees.
