Need Some Help Please

Hi HDS,
Sorry to bother you again its Tickleslave07.
I seam to be having a
new promlem with getting into the chatroom.

I see the java sun thing fine then when that disappears
I'll usualy see a grey connect button, but this time I
saw a white boc with a red X in the top left corner.

I know your probably busy as hell and I hate bothering you,
but I'm really looking forword to coming back online around
10:00PM tonight and chat with my friends in the room.

Before I attempt to diagnose please do the following for me:

-Go to http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp and click the "Verify Installation" button. Tell me what version, "Version 5.0 Update 11" for instance, that it says you have installed.
