Need video making/selling advice!!

I'm about 80% of the way toward starting a little tickle clip business using clips4sale. My clips will be mostly sole shots of tickled feet, not unlike knismo's "Stuck in the Stocks" store. I'm good with regard to bondage (years of practice), models (it's good to have cool friends), video editing (I'm a dad, 'nuff said), and subject matter, but pretty new - completely new, in fact - to the world of video-taping tickle clips to sell on the web.

I'm about as good with a camcorder as the average dad - definitely no pro. But to get the best sales and give you all the best videos, I thought I'd post here and ask for some quick video tips if anyone's willing to share them.

For instance, any tricks on lighting? What video quality to use? Sound recording? Right now I have a Canon PowerShot S2 IS that can shoot digital video as well as stills, and also a Samsung Easy Q 8mm camcorder.

I'd also love to hear any advice on dealing with clips4sale. It seems like the clip store of choice, and I've never heard anything bad about them, but then I guess I've never asked before... 😕

Hi Quinn...some constructive criticism..I hope.

I have watched your great clips and read most of what you were asking for as far as advise, criticism, etc. Here's my 2 cents. First I think your girls are fantastic...love their looks and the realism...practically perfect!
My one..ok, maybe two gripes would be the following: I think most folks here would like to see more F/f and secondly, when it is an F/f to not have any male voice or figure in the background...it's like having a baseball game on when your making love. Again, just my very humble opinion. I would have offered my thoughts in the clips section but I know that so many would slander my (hopefully) helpful advise. Thanks for listening...I will look forward to making a purchase/purchases when such a final product is produced...

I'd have to disagree with the above post and probably the majority of the forum when I say that I like nothing more than a male tickler in the clips.

Depending on the size of the business, its a safe bet that a lot of males in tickling clips are the owners of the production, therefore the ones with an interest in tickling and knowledge of the subject. For me, theres nothing worse than watching a clip with a girl who seems ticklish and a tickler who doesn't know what he/she's doing.

I haven't checked your page, but if you are into tickling, good at it and happy to do it on camera, you get my vote.

I like to see the face, even if the face is partially masked. It's important. If it just focusses on the feet, those feet could be anyones.

Maybe i got the wrong end of the stick. But I feel that you dont show faces. You need to - that's my unvarnished opinion.

For some reason, I got the impression that you DONT show the face. However, I have just visited your clips 4 sale store and liked what I saw, a lot! It looks very nice.

My suggestion would be to improve your signature - IMMEDIATELY. Those feet are not very enticing. Get a picture of one of your models being tickled. Your most attractive model is important, nt necessarily your most ticklish, as it is only a picture.

Then post more in the forum and your profile should be raised significantly, because it looks as though you are producing good content.

Obviously things have changed since way back then, but the little trip down memory lane was still much appreciated. 🙂

And thanks for the other input too, Scouse and Babyshambles. For our part, we're about as big as we want to be. This is just a sidebar for everyone and we're cool with it being small time. You know, maybe I will change that sig pic though......

I think we will do more f/f in the future but we'll keep the male ticklers around too. We're also planning some more f/m, btw, beyond the one clip we've done already.

I personally prefer the one used by Boston Tickling. It really makes me want to explore his site!

The foot tickling picture is nice. Now, if there were a head and body attached to the foot being tickled

I like feet, but feet are feet. They could be male feet for all I know. I want to see some beautiful femininty, and actually this guys clip4sale store looks very nice, so why not show it off a little with a better signature pic? That's my opinion.

Yes Quinn...I purposely "dug" back to avoid the frenzy on the vid clips page that such a comment as mine could easily trigger...but to clearify somewhat, I did view the sample clips up to current...and again, you have a great talent for choosing the ladies...very high end...Congrats on your success and wish you continued success...my "optional" suggestion was that if you list a vid f/f that it remain in that f/f (only) realm. I'm absolutely sure that there are some out there who like to have a male in the picture, as Scouse points out and he's obviously correct... or even off camera...But for those dedicated and true F/F fans...and we are many (I'm equally sure)...it seriously is like making love while the Red Sox are on TV (kickin' ass I might add...oh boy, that did it...now we'll hear it...lol)...Anyway Quinn...I am sure you know what I mean.
