I am working at this incredibly boring (yet high stress) job. I basically need an outlet for my boredom so I tickle my coworker, who is female like me. It easier to get away with it because we're both women and she's married with two kids.

The entire floor is full of grumpy people except her and this guy is younger than myself. They are both really nice yet funny and fun people. I am wondering how to get the guy in the action.

Unless he is over protective of her, she may be able to drag him in. It's also assuming the vibe is good for it.

well said! i would have to agree! if hes walking away and showing NO interest in it, my guess is hes probally uncomfortable w/ the situation...

I agree with this.I think he is trying to avoid trouble.You should leave him out of it and just enjoy what you have now.
