You are 19 and you go to Auburn University. WOW, I would kill you be you...again.
College was on of my best times as a tickler in terms of how often I got to tickle girls.
Girls at that age(for the most part) think of tickling as a playful, fun thing and will literally just laugh it off.
I am not saying just grab the next girl that walks by but don't pass up on oppurtunities that arise.
And this is a little secret about college girls, once you know one, you begin to know them all, esp. if they are frat girls.
If you are shy, get over it, I did, I was PAINFULLY shy in High school.
Just do it!

Hi Mike. Here's a little advice from a woman's perspective that might help. Things are different today than when I was your age some 20..er..11...um 5 years ago (yeah, that's it 5 years).
Touching wasn't so much the omg, he molested me era that it is today. But, on the up side, I think girls are a lot more open today to things like tickling, especially among friends. The best advice I can give you is to not push it, but to recognize opportunities and seize them when they come about. The worst/best ticklings I got when I was in high school and college were spontaneous outbursts during tag football games with guys and girls, truth or dare games, and just while hanging out and then saying something smart allecky (sp?) that got the daylights tickled out of me.
As long as you're not running around campus naked, smeared in peanut butter, tickling every girl you see, I doubt people will think you're weird. Just be a nice, respectful, playful guy. Even if you don't find exactly what you're looking for right away, at least you'll have some fun until you do. 😉

As with many things, you have to make it happen. There is always something you can do to be able to indulge yourself with a willing gal (or guy for that matter).

...you could conceivably never meet that person, or know them for most of your life, marry them when you graduate high school, or meet them halfway through your life when you least expect it. There is an old proverb, I think from China but I can't recall, that tells you 'the more you seek it, the more it shall elude you" and it's amazing how many aspects of life this applies to. Searching for something taints your perceptions. And who among us hasn't had something we desire just seem to fall into our laps when we're not expecting it?
Just live life, and if it's meant to be, you'll discover that you've found each other (because she's out there, looking for YOU, too, ya know.) before you know it, without even trying.
