Neon Genesis Evangelion Update!

Its time for another quick update.

UPDATE- 5/29/03


- Added 1 picture of Ritsuko Akagi and Maya Ibuki(together) to both
the Files and Photos section.


Well, yet again, short and sweet. Its teacher and student, Ritsuko
and Maya, together. ^___^

This will be only the second time I've drawn Ritsuko, and its an
obvious improvement, and Maya, I've drawn several times. I just
can't get enough of my favorite Nerv techy. 😉

For the record, I know Nerv chairs don't look like that, but I
didn't care to be so specific with it, since its more about them,
then their environment. I also made Maya's Nerv uniform darker than
it actually is, and I did so to contrast the dark and light of the
picture because of Ritsuko's doctors coat. I feel the picture, even
though black and white, needed some white and black contrast as
opposed to everything being light in color or shade. I also put designs on
Maya's uniform that are non-existing in the anime. At first it was
going to be a shading thing, but I wanted to have fun with it and
make it a design instead.

Anyhow, enjoy. And as always, comments, questions, and concerns are

PS: Sonic, I deleted your folder and those official pictures from my group because
you didn't have permission to have them there. I'd appriciate if next time you, and
everyone ask before doing such a thing. Thank you for your future

Very nice work, Damien. I particuarally like the eyes. Your work is so subtle, yet so filling. It is really hard to describe, other than I really like it. Keep up the good work, and just ignore the lack of postings. It is hard to speak in public for some people, even on the internet.

😀 [COLOR=BE8B57] Those are really cute anime women. I see an important aspect of drawing anime characters is the big irises and the long eyelash line with a small mouth. Great work as always.[/COLOR] 😀
