That's not the case. I can't defend their ways of dealing with customers, but in terms of clip quality they still have some good ones among their current material. That's why I don't understand that they stopped posting previews. (And there are enough previews on here where I wonder how the producer could even dare posting them)

They used to have good stuff, but once they stopped posting previews and answering e-mail, I stopped buying from them.

From what I heard, the reason they don't do preview clips was that they were frustrated that a lot of their clips wound up on file sharing sites. Does that make them the Metallica of the tmf? 😉

I don't buy clips from many sites, but theirs was one of them. The ones I've seen were pretty good.
