Hmmm...well Hot Topic mainly sells make-your-own-goth kits, right? Although I have seen some cool t-shirts in there from time to time. I imagine that at a place like that they'd be pretty non-functional...

When your just so fed up with the world you have to go to the mall with your dad's credit card and pay $20 for a crappy Good Charlotte T-shirt. Oh I'd buy stuff there in a heartbeat! The DO have some cool t-shirts. A while back, I dont know if they still have them, they had all sorts of Nintendo themed shirts...Very cool! What's funny is they're selling them because to teens today that's "retro". LOL!
In the 80's we hated the 70's. Then in the 90's we loved them.
In the 90's we hated the 80's. Now we love them again. Makes sence I guess.
Anyway...it works for me. I'm being totally truthful when I say I stop in Toys R Us and smell the Cabbage Patch dolls. So they're not like the originals but the smell is the same! Only a dork like me would know that I guess. And the sense of smell is very powerful for bringing back memories...

There's no good music unless you go underground, movies are just 2 hour commercials, Dubya is screwing everything up, reality shows are all that's on TV, The only video games being released are 1st person shooters or anything else involving guns, Ashton Kutcher, Paris Hilton, and Ben Affleck are household names for doing absolutley NOTHING of value, gas prices are outrageous, basketball is nothing more than some bozo trying to make the highlight reel on ESPN, you can't find a decent burrito place without having to drive clear to BFE, and instead of being outraged about the piss poor economy and the rising casualties in Iraq, people have the nerve to raise a stink over Janet Jackson's boobie!

Mmmm... and the last edition of Dungeons and Dragons seems good only for console tactical games...

And they won't translate Gundam RX78 and Macross over the pc, so I'll have to buy a ps2, and I just hate buying consoles, since you can't hack your own games to suit your tastes.
