Still going strong, perhaps stronger than ever, the first weekend in May every year; in fact the 2016 gathering was its 20th anniversary. See the NEST subforum here as well as its group on FetLife.
There's also a separate Web site for NEST which apparently hasn't been kept current but is still a good source of info. When registration for the event opens early next year, you should be able to go here to sign up, though that link may change; again, keep checking the subforum or FetLife group for updates.
