Northeast Society of Ticklephiles. A semiannual gathering of tickle fans in Philadelphia, organized and hosted by Max Speer. The last one was April 2000; it's up to Max if there will be others.

I see you're in Pennsylvania, so you may want to check out TickledToDeath's Hyenas Den thread in this section -- he's arranging a charity tickle party in Philadelphia next month.
