I am not sure if an internet celebrity counts here, but, I e-mailed Kyle from oneredpaperclip.com (if you haven't heard his story, it's amazing! He traded a red paperclip, a bunch of times, and got a house in return!) Kyle answered rather strangely, but, I don't think he would answer untruthfully. I asked him what makes him laugh, and where is he ticklish. He answered:

basset hounds make me laugh.
I am ticklish on the bottom of my feet- the most ticklish thing is a basset hound tongue on the bottom of my foot.
