Well I've been bothered with this for a while now and to end my conflict I decided to write a tribute to Nougami Neuro and Yagami Light in bizarre duel against each other. I think it would be quite a good plot, non tickling for all the tickling fans, but for manga fans it will be a long story with interesting twists and probably decent humor.

Now the question I wanted to ask you... who would win by your opinion and why 😛
