I'm sure there are such creatures, but it's hard to imagine there being very many people of either sex who fall into that category, just because the world (or at least my corner of it) is populated by so many tickle-happy people. Non-fetishy tickle-happy people, I mean.

I AM 21 and I've never been tickled before. I simply don't allow myself to get in a position where that would come up, and if the topic sways towards it, I avoid it and change the subject.
The thing is, I find it sexually appealing, and the very LAST thing I need is for like a sibling or a very best friend to tickle me and me feel sexually happy with it. 😵 That's just not right in my eyes.

Most people that I know have been tickled. It seems the girls that dont like to tickled on their feet get it more than anyone else. Not by me but others who dont have a fetish. Some of these girls are so hot and ticklish I might explode if I tickled their feet. Dont need that!
