Alright, I'll be honest, I don't read the discussion forum much, I'm mostly in the videos or true stories sections, so if anyone has posted a similar game here previously, I'll apologize in advance.
With that being said, here's my idea for the game. The best feature, I think, is that it goes on continuously. I'll give the participants names in this description, so everything is easier to sort out. We'll call them Mark and Jane.
Say Mark walks into a room and sees his significant other, Jane, laying in a very vulnerable position for tickling. Of course, Mark pounces on Jane and starts with the tickling. Only, Mark calls out an amount of time, say 5 minutes, as he begins. Now, Jane has two options. If she doesn't think she can get out within the designated 5 minutes, then she will quickly yell out something like, "Okay, add 5 minutes!" Jane will have accrued 5 minutes of tickle time. (Don't forget that both parties are ticklers and ticklees, so Jane can pull the same thing on Mark)
As the week (or however long you decide a round should take) goes on, both the participants rack up tickle time this way. Then, at a designated time, perhaps at the end of the week on Saturday night, whoever has alotted the most tickle time will be subject to be tied down and tickled for the difference between the two participants time. So, if Mark has 30 minutes, and Jane has 50 minutes, Jane would be tied down and tickled for 20 minutes.
However, if Jane thinks she can get away in under 5 minutes, she will take her punishment there as she tries to squirm free. If she is able to get free, she will have escaped with only that tickling and not be penalized. The beauty, of course, is that if Jane thinks she can get away in under the 5 minutes, and after about 3 minutes of tickling and struggling she realizes she's quite trapped, she can still call out "Okay, add five minutes!" Of course, Mark will have gotten to tickle her for those 3 minutes, so that one transaction will have garnered Mark 8 minutes of tickling (3 then, 5 later).
You can add other rules as well, like the maximum or minimum times you can call out. You can also make it a wager based game, where if Jane escapes Mark's grasps, the 5 minutes will be added onto Mark's tickle time instead.
