I have spoken to a number of members from this community who have tried to contact you with questions and issues about your products and your website.

They state that you do not respond to your customers issues and inquiries.

I have also personally tried to contact your company, with no response from you.

It leaves the impression that you are only interested in marketing your products here and making sales here, but are not really interested in customer issues or feedback.

How does one contact your company and get a response?

That may be the case....

However, any company that presents products to our community for sale, yet lacks the business sense and common courtesy to respond to many of the members inquiries and issues, is not one to which I would seek a "membership".

I don't care if the company has the most "reasonable" and best products on the planet.....

There are too many other good tickle media producers around here with great customer feedback and customer service for me to waste my money on companies only interested in making money from the tickle community.

I prefer to be a "member" of tickle websites that support the tickle community.

Ha! Good to hear people complaining about this company....everyone I know who has been a member said it sucked and I myself have thought the guy/girl who posts on behalf of this company is rude and not "one of us". Case in point, they have hosted (or did anyways) on their site a story, a TRUE story that I wrote. They have it there with no credit to me, no acknowledgement whatsoever...and when I asked that they remove it (at the time, I was thinking of starting my own site and, among other things, housing all my stories).and their celeb lists are imbecilic, basically just riding on the work I or others of the TMF have done here. And they even get that wrong! They attribute (or attributed....I haven't been there in a while) a Cindy Margolis quote to Cindy Crawford. Which only caused a bunch of people to start posting about Cindy Crawford here.......ugh. When all of the above was brought up to him/her, they were just rude and dismissive. Who needs 'em.

They don't even show previews of their stuff right? I acutally saw something of theirs and thought it was pretty mediocre.

Lastly...you're totally right. This ain't 1994. There's so many video producers now, so many good ones, friendly ones, that why patronize someone who's just trying to rip you off?

Haha, FREE.....to members....I guess the members pay for the password, but everything else there is free....HAHAHAHA. What the.....

Are there new video's coming out? I've been reluctant to join the site as the updates don't seem to come regularly. However, from what I've seen on the preview side, it does look like good stuff.
