Hey, people. This is a character I created a few minutes ago. His name's Charlie the Clown. Charlie has a habit of kidnapping women, tickling them, and then murdering them violently in assorted ways.

This is the second sketch I did (the first was too large).

This is the premise that I always thought the movie, Dr. Giggles should have been based upon.

Personally, I don't find any fantasy value from such things. It all seems so...so...Permanent, somehow. LOL

that was "unique" and that clown looks like the clown from Stephen King's "IT"
If no one has seen the movie it is about a evil clown that kills kids.
Disturbing that about sums it up.

The point of this artwork is comedy. When you look at it, you're supposed to go, "Ha, ha! He's tickling a dismembered foot... that's quite an odd situation. That makes me chuckle."

Don't take this so seriously.
