The girl being tickled is Heidi Lynn. If you go to Fm Concepts "Tickle Party" site you can download the clip for 5 bucks.
Be careful though i saw a thread sometime back about some people having trouble with glitches and thier info..but i've used the site and have had no problems to date. so its kind of buyer beware.
