This girl really reminds me of someone!!

This girl reminds me a lot of a girl named Jackie Lister who was tickled at Tickle Horror. They never did any topless stuff with her though just bra and panties but her face and the way she laughs and what she says in this clip is almost identical. Only thing different is she seems to have a huge tattoo on her leg now. I am not really into all of these people so I don't know any of them or who they are but can anyone confirm other then this producer confirm whether or not this is Jackie Lister who did some Tickle Horror videos a few years ago?
