Plot Synopsis: Charlee has a new neighbor that she suspects of being a witch. All sorts of strange things have been happening since she moved in next door. So, as her neighbor steps outside to check her mail, Charlee captures her. She ties her up with rope to a chair and gags her. She removes the gag and gives her a chance to admit her identity and confess she's a witch. Jessica refuses. Well Charlee has a way to make people talk. She uses tickle torture. As Jessica is tied to the chair, wearing a black dress, nude sheer pantyhose and black shoes, Charlee lays her down flat on her back raising her nylon covered feet in the air. She removes her shoes and tickle tortures her nylon feet using only her fingers. Lucky for her, Jessica turns out to be very ticklish. She desperately attempts to fight off the tickle torture, refusing to admit to anything. But eventually, she cannot take the tickling any longer and confesses that she is indeed a witch.
