Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

I downloaded some of the free clips, but I only get sound from them. Is this intentional, or am I doing something wrong?

The reason I ask is because I would like to subscribe to your site, but I am worried that I would not be able to see the videos because I don't have the right format.

Hello,

Those files are probably in divX format...If you go to divX.com, you should be able to find the codec that you need to see the clip...If memory serves, the codec itself should be free...
