Thats kinda one of the things I was going for - I'm the artist, you're the interpreter. You interpret the however you want.

well...of course!
ok the idea is there, now work on the details.
oh and maybe ms paint is not the favourite tool to do cartoons ;-)
the coolest pics (in my opinion) are made by hand with a pencil or colors. even 3d stuff ("poser" etc) has a too artificial touch for me.

i know people might hate me for not praising everything i see but please interprete that as something really serious, ok?

Thanks! But I made most of it in Adobe. Only I couldn't find a way to make the box for the stocks, so I had to convert to paint to finish lol!

There should not be much difference where to create such a picture. the box figure should be available in almost every paint program and the rest is "free hand" exercise with the mouse.
You might want to try to really draw pictures by hand since you cant do real stuff in paint or co. real art is real art, there's not much help with any programms ;-)

oh before everyone tells me i do not post images... well i know. i can't draw and that's why ;-)
