New Yawk foot place

Hey, I've read some really interesting stories about somewhere in NYC that some of the TMFers have attended recently. It was a foot place that had tickling as well. What's this place called and does anyone who's gone think it's any good?

Man--this makes my thoughts go bonkers.

I picture 20 pairs of male feet exposed on a wall--as if they were pictures hanging on a wall. All very ticklish and ready for me to tickle.
