I know there are alot of N.Y. Jets fans in the forum. I had the pleasure of watching Jets 4th round pick Brad Smith play college ball at Missouri. He was one hell of a quarterback, and one of the best athletes in college football. The Jets are converting him to wide reciever, and I hear he is doing very well. Smith has a great arm, but is considered too short to be an NFL quarterback. The Jets would be smart to run some trick plays involving him, he could be quite a weapon.

what kind of arm does he have?? can't be any worst than pennington since he has no arm.
 
Heck Brooklyn, you probably have a better arm than Pennington and I am a HUGE Jets fan.
 
In my opinion Smith has an NFL quality arm. But in todays NFL, unless a quarterback is six feet four and 225, nobody takes you serious, which I don`t agree with.
 
The Jets have fans? 😉 Just kidding! Do you Jets fans actually expect China Doll Chad to last an entire season? I mean he barely lasted the first preseason game! My advice is give Ramsey a fair shot...its obvious Mangini hates him. If not Ramsey then put Clemens whos doing surprisingly well in there. I mean if you really are rebuilding and hes good then whats the problem? :wavingguy

Could happen. The Bills are struggling at quarterback, too, and even if they had a good one some of the receivers he'd be throwing to have trouble reading even practice schedules, let alone defenses. But at least Takeo is back.
