A gangland courier (newcomer Diandra) has obtained a stolen ancient relic, known as the Silver Feather, and is looking to sell it. However, the relic's former owners, the Plumenatti, have dispatched an agent (newcomer Ghetty) to reclaim the jeweled artifact and find out who was trying to buy it! The courier's hyperticklish tootsies soon pay the price for her attempt to fence stolen goods, but will she sell out her client?
