What a game between the Seahawks and Texans. As someone is not a fan of either team that is as good as it gets. How 'bout 'dem Saints, winners of five in a row with a win over the visiting Bears. The Cowboys, who the Chiefs face following Denver, beat Washington in a deluge on the road.

Back to the AFC, the Raiders and Chargers lose on the road and fall to 3-5 on the season. The Monday night match up between Kansas City and Denver looms large. The Chiefs must get back on track in front of what will be a raucous capacity crowd in Arrowhead.

Alex Smith will have Chanrcandrick West and Albert Wilson at his disposal as they return from the injury list. On defense the return of Bennie Logan and cornerback Steve Nelson should provide a boost. Go Chiefs! 😀

The Chiefs got an important win over Denver last night, aided by 5 turnovers. Jamal Charles failed to make an impact against his old team with a fumble returned for a touchdown by Marcus Peters and rushing for only 39 yards in limited action. Von Miller was held in check and Travis Kelce continues to be Denver's kryptonite with 7 catches for 133 yards and a score.

The Chiefs head south to face the Cowboys next Sunday who may be without Ezekiel Elliott. Some blockbuster trades just before the deadline, the most notable sending Jimmy Garoppolo to the 49ers. This will be interesting to watch down the road, as none of Brady's backups who moved on to other teams had much success in the NFL.
