Ever since I saw that old Popeye cartoon where Bluto peels back the sole of Olive Oyl's shoe and tickles her foot, I've always been fascinated by the idea of tickle shoes - that is, shoes either modified for ease of tickling or designed deliberately for that purpose.

Now I've finally made the simplest possible tickle shoes I could. And you can, too.
