Don't buy Photoshop if you want to do what they do, Jim. Too much money, where the much cheaper Paint Shop Pro works just as well, if not better for animations. Or, you can be even cheaper and download the free GIMP, which is a decent choice, especially if you don't want to pay anything. 😀
