While Sony and Microsoft aim on better graphics and sound, this seems to be really a revolution in gaming. We have to wait until its release to see, if this control-scheme works... But in my opinion EVERYONE will want to play this. What do you think?

I'm too a big nintendo fan...damn, I'll only have enough to buy one console; Nintendo or PS3????:weird: ARRRGH, MY HEAD! XD

I won't judge it til I actually try it. But Nintendo isn't stupid. I'd say this controller looks really promising and I can't wait to try it out. ^^
 
Yeah, Nintendo isn't stupid. Remember what it did to Sega. For almost a decade Sega was whipping Nintendo's ass, coming out with more systems and more games, and new products. What people didn't realize was that Nintendo was allowing Sega to punch itself out, so to speak, and get tired and expend most of their ideas, so that Nintendo could swoop in and take over.

Is that dvd remote or a controller? if its a controller, t looks like it would be a pain to play games on.

It's a controller definately.
One you can swing like a sword or light saber or baseball bat, or point and shoot for FPS games, etc etc.

Nintendo seems to be distancing itself from PS2 and Xbox to be a completely different experience. I personally think it's got a lot of potential.

Nintendo needs to knock off their gimicks and go back to making good games or they're going to end up like SEGA. This is a cute idea, but it'll get tired after after the first few days, and then it will sit and collect dust like my Gamecube.
 
Perfect Dark II and Oblivion (the sequel to Morrowind and the next game in the Elder Scrolls series) is apparently launching alongside the X-Box 360.

That sealed the deal for me... At least, as to which one I'll get first. 😀
 
im a madden and nba guy, i just don't see how this controller will work for those games, I know that sports are not nintendos strong point, but that just means that i will be on 360 for a while
