No more mass discount?

I remember there used to be a discount for purchases of a certain amount, like $40+ or something?
Do they not do that any more, or is there a coupon code you have to enter?

We discontinued bulk discounts in favor of a much more robust Monthly Sales Program. (additional titles are also added throughout the month)
