Actually, there IS tickling in that one.
It is a scene from Hum Dil De Chucke Sanam, and the guy is pretending he can read soles, the way "Italian sole-readers" do.
The girl, famous bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai, jerks back when the man touches her sole, and he quips: "Ticklish? Me too".
I think I have something higher-res somewhere, but it is definitely a bona fide tickling scene.
