I shot around 15 minutes of this girl on Friday:

She spoke what I think is an Eastern European language, but I can't quite figure it out. Here's a brief clip of her talking.

Can anyone figure it? You're going to have to really crank it up, and there must have been a sparrow perched right on my camcorder while I was taping it because there is LOUD chirping in the background.

Without a doubt:

Dutch.

To be even more specific: she's from Flanders (Dutch speaking region of Belgium), not from the Netherlands. You can tell that from the accent.
