The film is "The Wild World of Batwoman." At 8:05 some women are chained with their arms over their heads while the villain monologues, and Mike quips "Yeah fine, just don't tickle us." I loved that joke when I first saw this episode as a kid because it seemed to speak for what went through all of our heads every time such a scene occured in TV or movies.

there was another episode where they we're watching some hygine movie and a foot appeard and mike was pretending to tickle it.
