The very questionable, debatable touchdown catch before the half was NOT EVEN REVIEWED. Wow. Even Al Michaels says "I am stunned." Whether it would have been ruled touchdown or not is not the issue. The issue is it was not even reviewed.

If you are a Pats fan buy your Super Bowl tickets. That one play says it all.
 
Yep, that was pretty lame. Whatever. Refs miss calls. If the Pats win tonight, they win. I won't blame one call.

Regardless, I hope they lose. They may be the best team this year, but when people start calling 16-0 as early as they have with the Pats this year, I start wishing for losses in games I wouldn't care about otherwise. Like tonight's for instance. It's pretty annoying.

9 minutes left. The Eagles need more than 28 if they want to win this one.
 
Yep. Crucial mistake at the end. Philly tried to go for it all instead of run some clock and go for the tie/win with a smart play.

I'm glad I stayed up to watch, though.

NE is the best team this year, but they are certainly not the best ever. AJ Feeley picked their defense apart, with only 2 mistakes. And those 2 mistakes weren't exceptionally good plays on New England's part -- they were bonehead plays on Feeley's part.

New England gutted out the win, and they deserved it, but the 'unbeatable' talk all becomes illegitimate now. They are beatable, and that's good enough for me.

Also, I think this cemented the firing of Andy Reid at the end of the year. He lost it with that last INT call. Terrible. Anyone think Philly will be giving Parcells a call?

How did they squeak by Philly? Could it be that they are sputtering?
 
As an Eagles fan I wasnt happy with the decision not to review the play.Despite not having McNabb I thought Philly played a hell of a game and would have loved to see them beat the pats. :ranty:
