Unless fish are more intelligent than I've always been led to believe, she probably isn't being tickled. However, I loved the image so much that I just had to post it.

she's called Delia, by ThorneWorks.

Slightly modified, though, in the facial features, to give a personal touch. I also made her legs a bit thinner. I kind of like it that way.

Well, perhaps she isn't being tickled... but she'd make a perfect "sacrifice" set out for some tentacled sea-creature...

...kind of like Andromeda, but with a more interesting monster coming than the Kraken...
