If you choose to do this...and knowingly break the trust you've built with that woman...you'll need one or more of the following:
1) A good lawyer
2) A good doctor
3) A good undertaker

D
Number 3 is pretty much a given. Both of the others are pretty likely too, especially number 1. Honestly, non-consensual tickling this isn't cool in my book. That's NOT how I roll!Camel26 said:My two cents...

I don't recommend it...
Couldn't have said it better, man.BadPhish said:Bizaaaaarelly enough, a few nights ago I was hanging out drinking with some friends and some people I had never met before. Some guy was downstairs sitting next to a girl that I knew but had never really talked to on the couch and I think he might have been getting kindof loaded off of his alcohol consumption.
He started tickling the girl and holding her just to close for comfort, she was laughing very uncomfortably and said stop but he continued..
I was close to stepping in as i watched from the cornor of my eye. Her face then got very stern and she said stop in between uncomfortable laughter as she was seemingly quite ticklish.
Now i looooooooooove tickling but non-consensual tickling is like rape man, if its unwanted and undesirable from the ''lee' and considered sexual for the 'ler'
then that is very uncool.
I went on to grab the fella by his shoulders and pulled him off her. I told him 'i dont think shes having as much fun as you pal' he gave me a dirty look and was going to talk back but his friend interupted and said lets go man. Cool guys huh? Maybe your post is completely hypothetical, but i feel that noone should be forced or surprised into something more then they bargained for, especially if they trust you in the first place.
I guess the moral of the story is dont put someone in a position where they are uncomfortable, helples, and probably scared. Theres better ways to do it...sorry i suppose i just have strong feelings on the matter.

How about you tickle her for a few seconds and see how she reacts. Then ask her if it's ok to carry on. If she agrees then there's no need for all this crotch kicking or calling the police. Common sense really.
kis123 said:You did read the initial post, right? It discusses tying up a girl, not telling her "you're" going to tickle her, then basically exploit and assault her for "your" own fetish benefit (all the "you's" are hypothetical).
Common sense would dictate that whatever consequences suffered afterwards would be very much deserved.
