Someone has a copy of this story? It was told from the perspective of a young man and was about how a group of guys—friends of the narrator, but there was also a bully in that group—tickled the narrator's mother. The bully was particularly vicious tickling the mother's nyloned feet.

The story progresses with the bully returning to the narrator's house to continue tickling the poor mother, and when she decides to confront the bully's father, he chooses to tickle her as well, making her his submissive tickle slave, forcing her to dress in short dresses and stockings and tickling her til insanity.
 
Seeing that summary makes this story's loss much more unfortunate.
 
Once in a while the memory of this amazing story comes back to mind. OP should post it again
