Noway Out PPV tonight........

lemme guess, JBL won AGAIN...geez this man needs to go on the shelf so damn bad it's not even funny

"But why do I get this feeling that JBL is going to weasal out of this one too?

I'm guessing they want to preserve him as the hateable champion until Mania, so that Cena can take the belt from him.

I think people would rather see the street thug in Cena fight the professional politician in JBL, rather than Cena fighting Show for it. Cena/Show would be nice to see, but to me it doesn't feel appropriate as head-lining, main event status at Wrestlemania.

People want to see JBL finally put down, and Cena is absolutely the right person to do it finally and its his time to shine I think. Theres no better place for JBL to be dethroned and no better place for Cena to shine than at Wrestlmania.

As for Batista, it would be interesting to see what would happen between him and Cena later on."

I said this a couple days ago in another thread here about this PPV. JBL won his match and Cena won his, just as was predicted. Everything has seemingly fallen into place now.

If Cena loses the "I'm a thug" gimmick I would actually like him and take him serious... I hope he loses it when he takes the belt from JBL at Mania. I wouldn't mind seeing Angle in the WM Main Event with JBL and Cena in a triple threat match but it seems like Vince wants HBK and Angle at WM which should be good in itself.

As far as the Raw main event.... I am now hearing it will be Triple H vs Batista vs Randy Orton. I would much rather see Orton take on Hassan at WM for the IC belt and win it(that is if Hassan takes the IC belt from Shelton, which is the rumors I have been hearing).

yeah another crap ppv. Nothing special happened. Alot of predictability. The steel cage match was probably the best match of the night. ah yes, the dr. of wigganomics is going to wrestlmania.😀

Crappy ppv???? Man u guys r never happy!..did u not see that awesome crusierweight match? London pulled out the Dragon Suplex and 450 Splash. It only a matter of time till London gets his PUSH!

oh yeah that was good. I also liked the tag team title matcc. I didnt like the luther/taker match. I just didnt like the way that angle/cena match ended. the f-u is like the worst finisher I have ever seen. Also, the cage mage could of been alittle better. Yes, it was impressive to see fog horn leg horn get choke slammed through the ring. I just feel there was no fire in that match. It was stale, ya know.

Ordered it to watch with an uexpected ... special somebody. Oh boy. I might have to take my lovley sig out and put a big ol' heart there.

Anyways, it did suck. Big Show was walking out of the cage looking at the people like someone stole the championship and he was trying to find it. I knew JBL would crawl out from underneath.

Actually Fox sports network. Haven't seen one in a while, but can't beat the X division.

It's a shame Charlie Hass wasn't on the PPV, I used to train with him and his brother (god bless his soul) til well into the am at Iron Mike Sharpe's school.

Oh yeah that's right Fox sports network my bad sorry.

So you would say that there worth it (from the ones that you have watched)?

Depends on the card, I'll tell you when they anounce the entire card for the next PPV.

ok thanks.

I just wish though that the wwe (as there now called) would be more like ECW in some ways. but that's just my opinion.

Yeah, NWA TNA are closer, better in ring work effort, not so great storyline though. WWE is putting on a ECW PPV in June (at least as of today, things can change though) called ECW one night stand, curious to see how that goes.

I know that there's a ECW pay per view that you can order called The Raise and Fall of ECW. But that might already be done with now since it has been playing for a few weeks.

Yeah, thats a PPV based on the DVD that WWE put out about ECW. It is now the second best selling DVD in WWE history (closing in on wrestlemania which is #1) so Vince wants to put out a PPV. It's suppose to be in June. No word if it will only have ex ECW stars that work for them now, or if he'll bring back so former stars.

Oh it's a actually pay per view of ECW?

No, a actual PPV, just keep in mind, it's an WWE ECW pay per view.

ok thank you. i'll have to keep an eye out for it. let's just hope that they include some ECW type stye of matches more hardcore stuff included in on it.

NWA-TNA would be better if they got rid of most of the WWE leftovers. This is 2005. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash are no longer worth paying money to watch wrestle. And let's be honest: there is absolutely no difference between Triple H having a death grip on the heavyweight title because he's married to the boss's daughter, and Jeff Jarrett having a death grip on the TNA title because his father is bankrolling the promotion.

That said, TNA at least gives talented guys like Christopher Daniels, A.J. Styles, Alex Shelley, and the Amazing Red a chance to shine -- guys who would never make it in the WWE because they're not 6'5".

Which leads me to No Way Out. If they do go with Chavo/London at Wrestlemania, I'll be happy -- but come on. They let the rookie divas waste tons of time, Undertaker gets 15 minutes to have the same damn match he always has, but the cruisers have to cram a six-man elimination match into eight minutes. It's like they don't WANT these guys to get over.
