Did any fellow TMFer's attended NYC Comic Con a couple weeks back? If so, what did you think? I attended and had a pretty good time.

I so wanted to go but it just didn't manage to happen. I really wanted to get a book singed by Anne Rice. How was it?

It was the first one I ever been to and I really enjoyed it. I dressed up of course, and got to play some games that haven't hit the stores yet. I wanted to get a photo op with stan lee but it didn't come to pass. It was very crowded like I expected but it wasn't a big issue. Hopefully you can make it next year : )

When the Philly Comic Con was going on I paid extra to get the VIP Stan Lee tickets. So very very worth it. Got to cut in line for his booth, free autograph, free photo, and VIP seating for his Q&A. What was really nice was I got him to sign two things for me. One was for my Dad who was bummed he couldn't go. Kinda hard when you're deployed haha. It was one of the best experiences ever. I totally geeked out.

I didn't go for the VIP since it was my first time and didn't know what to expect. Sounds like you had a pretty awesome time. I guess it pays to have the VIP treatment 😀
