Found links to two Foot Worship Parties coming up in the next few weeks in Manhattan. Never been to one, don't know if it's worth it. One does specifically list tickling as an activity.

Its been awhile but I would suggest the parties run by the guy running foot-worship-party.com. His name is Jason and he's been doing this for a long time. Read the threads below to find out what goes on. Thing to remember is these parties I went to were some of the first presented by this guy. He's gotten much more sophisticated and from what I've heard the ladies are "all" smok'in!!!
