Nylon feet: the real Chun-Li

I know I'm not the only one who used to play SFII back in the day and wish against all odds that one of the other fighters (or, even better, me) would get ahold of Chun-Li's ultra-ticklish nylon-clad feet and go to town on them. I've never seen a real actress dressed up as Chun-Li before so this is pretty sweet. Anyone know where it's from?
