Nylon foot tickling at museum or exhibition

Hi guys,

I am looking for an old, well known video. There was like a museum or exhibiton and we just see a woman foot on table. Foot and her leg a little bit. On background of the foot there was a board or plate which contains nylon's specifications "Imported, %100 silk etc" .Man come out of nowhere and starts tickling her. Woman was like ''you are not allowed to touch my foot bla bla..." Duration was like 8 mins. Video was in gray tones i remember.

I may be spent my 2-3 hours to find and i didn't find. I drives me crazy 😀

Could you please help me to find it?
